What are you trying to solve?

Most questions fall into one of seven areas. For each one below: what we do, when it fits, and when you're better off choosing something else.

Questions

Seven situations we're often brought in for.

01

Automate work that keeps getting stuck

Sometimes a process isn't complicated, just badly organised. Work drifts between mail, Teams and Excel. Until someone is on holiday and nobody knows where it sits. Power Automate brings structure to that. With AI Builder for documents that would otherwise be retyped by hand.

What we deliver

  • A flow that picks up and routes work automatically
  • Dashboards for lead time and SLA
  • Documentation for maintenance and error handling
Fits when
Repetitive work, clear steps, measurable outcome.
Doesn't fit
Processes that differ case by case; a human will still be in the loop.
02

Build a custom app where off-the-shelf software gets in the way

When a process matters but isn't big enough for a heavy implementation project, a Power App can be exactly right. We build apps for teams that need a grip on work, data and responsibilities. Canvas or model-driven, on SharePoint or Dataverse. Topped up with pro-code where needed.

What we deliver

  • An app with a fitting data model, roles and permissions
  • Targeted pro-code extensions such as PCF or Code Apps
  • Maintenance manual, hand-over and arrangements for further development
Fits when
A concrete process with enough value to build for, but too specific for off-the-shelf software.
Doesn't fit
Replacing a business-critical enterprise application without an architecture, operations and migration conversation.
03

Build reporting you can actually steer on

A dashboard is quick to make. A dashboard people trust is another matter. We build Power BI reports directly on the real sources, with a data model that holds up, because that's usually where the real work sits. The charts are almost the easy part after that.

What we deliver

  • A clean data model in Dataverse or a Lakehouse
  • Power BI reports for daily or weekly use
  • Arrangements for refresh, ownership and maintenance
Fits when
Teams that need the same figures again and again and are done with manual exports.
Doesn't fit
A pretty picture for a single meeting.
04

Use AI for work that needlessly eats time

AI helps when people have to search, retype, summarise or sort less. We bring in Copilot, Copilot Studio or AI Builder where the work process actually calls for it. With human-in-the-loop where a healthy dose of distrust is simply sensible.

What we deliver

  • M365 Copilot adoption or a Copilot Studio agent on your knowledge base
  • AI Builder in flows for documents and forms
  • Arrangements for data, licences, behaviour and maintenance
Fits when
Recurring knowledge work with clear sources, lots of searching or lots of unstructured input.
Doesn't fit
AI because it has to be on the roadmap. That rarely makes anyone smarter.
05

Keep Power Platform manageable and safe

Power Platform often starts small. One app, one flow, one enthusiastic maker. Fine. But as soon as more teams, apps and dependencies pile up, you want arrangements for environments, permissions, naming, deployment and maintenance. Enough of a framework to keep things clear, with room to keep building.

What we deliver

  • An environment and governance strategy
  • Set-up of Azure DevOps or Power Platform Pipelines for DEV → TEST → ACC → PROD
  • DLP policies, monitoring and arrangements for maintenance
Fits when
Multiple makers, multiple apps and an organisation that needs a grip on usage, risk and maintenance.
Doesn't fit
One standalone app in one environment. Then heavy governance is mostly a way to take the pace out of the work.
06

Extra building power in your Power Platform team

When the work is there but the capacity isn't, an extra pair of senior hands helps. We join your team, pick up work from the backlog and build as if we'd always been there. Productive from the first week.

What we deliver

  • Joining standups, planning and refinement
  • Power Platform build work to your standards
  • Knowledge sharing along the way
Fits when
A team with a running backlog, a clear way of working and temporarily too little capacity or expertise.
Doesn't fit
An engagement that's mostly about opinions, where nobody has to deliver anything.
07

Help Power Platform land with your own makers

Many organisations want colleagues outside IT to build their own solutions. Sensible, because that's often where the process knowledge sits. But without guardrails it quickly gets messy. We help set Power Platform up properly, guide the first makers and make sure operations isn't left cleaning up afterwards.

What we deliver

  • Environment strategy, DLP policy and monitoring
  • Managed Environments with the key reports in the admin center
  • Training sessions for the first makers and office hours afterwards
Fits when
Larger organisations with colleagues outside IT who want to build, and an IT team that wants to keep a grip.
Doesn't fit
Small teams without makers or concrete use cases. Then the platform mostly stays a well-meant toolbox.
How we work together

Three shapes, one choice afterwards.

Sometimes a scoped project is enough. Sometimes you want temporary reinforcement in your own team. And sometimes maintenance and continuous build after go-live is what matters. Which shape fits depends on your capacity, pace and responsibility.

Project

We deliver, you steer on outcome.

  • Scope per sprint, with room for what surfaces along the way
  • One- to two-week sprints with demo and review
  • Fixed price or time and materials, depending on predictability and risk
  • Maintenance after go-live by us, or by your team after hand-over

Contracting

Senior Power Platform capacity added.

  • Joining your rhythm and meetings
  • Engaged per half-day or day
  • Work in your codebase and governance
  • Knowledge transfer while building
Discuss the options

Maintenance & continuous build

Continuity for solutions that matter.

  • A fixed hours budget per month
  • Fixing bugs, small improvements and monitoring
  • A health check on the environment twice a year
  • One fixed point of contact with context on your environment
Discuss maintenance
What we don't do

Not everything is a fit for us.

We're at our best when we tie technology to something that genuinely needs to be built, used and maintained. So for some questions we say no, or point you to a partner.

  • Strategy without delivery. Nice slides don't build a solution.
  • Trainings without a real work problem. You'll mostly learn to memorise buttons.
  • Custom work outside the Microsoft stack. Other specialists are better at that.
  • Governance that exists only on paper and says nothing about how people actually work.
  • Pilots without a production path, an owner or a maintenance arrangement.
